Job Summary:

The Nutrition Research Assistant works under the direction of a nutrition faculty member to assess student athletes' body composition, dietary behaviors and nutrition information needs; assists faculty in the development of sport-specific nutrition information and in nutrition education outreach with athletes; analyzes data; compiles reports and assists faculty in the development of presentations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in the use of diet analysis software
  • Familiarity with body composition technology
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
  • Rising senior status
  • Health Sciences major required with a Nutrition minor preferred.

Monday- Friday
