- Maintain technical and regulatory documentation for all assigned sites, ensuring audit readiness.
- Monitor certification status and ensure timely completion of required verifications, validations, and program reviews.
- Lead investigations for quality-related non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Ensure timely CAPA implementation and verify effectiveness through follow-up checks.
- Escalate systemic risks to QA Management.

- Verify traceability performance and ensure sites meet regulatory and certification expectations.
- Deliver quality and food safety training to site personnel on procedures, HACCP and SQF/BRC requirements.
- dentify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen consistency across sites.
- Support site-specific documentation required for customer regulatory requests.

- 3–5 years of QA experience in food or feed industries.
- Certified SQF Practitioner (required).
- Strong working knowledge of BRC, SQF, HACCP, and regulatory expectations (FDA, FSMA).
- Demonstrated experience with CAPA, complaints, change control, traceability, and audit preparation.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and escalate risks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence warehouse and operations teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
