All enrolled clients will meet with our Registered Dietitians and Nutritionists for an Assessment and the completion of a Comprehensive Treatment Plan to address their food and/or nutritional needs. Clients identified as having special nutritional needs will receive appropriate services including Individual Nutritional Counseling and Group Nutritional Education. Through nutritional counseling, cooking demonstrations, and community nutrition education groups, clients will learn about meeting their own unique nutritional needs and ensuring proper nutrition and diet while managing co-morbid conditions and treatment adherence. The program staff will ensure that clients are connected and remain in HIV Primary Care to continue receiving services under this contract. With a goal to minimize any delays in care or patients being lost to follow-up, the Coordinator monitors barriers to timely access and escalates to the manager as needed. Key Responsibilities: Visits patients, in-person, to obtain meal orders by using iPad and Breadbox program. Follows up with all missed patients with a return visit or telephone call to the room prior to meal service, to assure orders are taken. Always follows AIDET+ (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) plus the 4 P’s (pain, potty, possessions, and position) guidelines for nonclinical care partners in all interactions with the patient. Provides special orders list to cooks and prepares all cold special items for meal service. Assembles patient trays according to prescribed diet and patient orders. Pays special attention to all “high risk” trays (altered consistencies and food allergies). Focuses on tray presentation and accuracy. Delivers patient trays timely and according to prescribed meal delivery schedule. Assures maintenance of hot and cold food temperatures during tray delivery Uses a “3 patient identifier” with all patients (name, birth date, any food allergies?) to assure trays are delivered to the correct patient. Assures that all patients’ meal needs are handled and takes responsibility for patient satisfaction during the shift for assigned floors Records pantry refrigerator and freezer temperatures on assigned floors/units twice daily and takes appropriate action for discrepancies. Corrective actions are recorded, as needed, to note actions taken Knowledgeable of tray line operations, all therapeutic diets, food allergies, customer service actions, computer, iPad and printer usage. Practices safe food handling and HACCP compliance during the preparation and serving of all foods. Assists other team members and asks for help, when needed Participates in daily huddles and assists management, as appropriate, in performing tasks conducive to efficient and effective operations of the department. Effectively communicates with co-workers for successful completion of duties. Performs similar or related duties as assigned. You will be tasked with achieving growth plan objectives related to the sales and profitability of your assigned accounts. This position is designated for a specific geographic territory, which may change over time in response to company needs.  You must be able to communicate well with all areas of the company.  You will work with a technical counterpart.   You will also work with a product specialist to define your go-to-market strategy and to perfect the product positioning, key benefits, supporting research, competitive differentiation, and target customers.This job description is not meant to be all inclusive and duties may vary based on departmental and company needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Ruminant ration formulation to support animal performance and profitability while providing technical expertise to customers and the sales team
  • Achieve sales goals and manage budget for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend corresponding Ralco solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, producers, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide training and product demonstrations for distributors and end users.
  • Document all customer interactions and account activity in Salesforce.
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with pricing, programs, and distribution
  • Participate in trade shows, meetings, and industry events
  • Resolve customer issues and support product development opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional presence and vehicle.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development in collaboration with your supervisor.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years’ related experience required in ruminant nutrition, ration and sales
  • Travel: Frequent travel required on a weekly basis
