Job Description
- Ruminant ration formulation to support animal performance and profitability while providing technical expertise to customers and the sales team
- Achieve sales goals and manage budget for assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Identify customer needs and recommend corresponding Ralco solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, producers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide training and product demonstrations for distributors and end users.
- Document all customer interactions and account activity in Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate account records in CRM and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with pricing, programs, and distribution
- Participate in trade shows, meetings, and industry events
- Resolve customer issues and support product development opportunities.
- Maintain a professional presence and vehicle.
- Pursue ongoing professional development in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Ruminant ration formulation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused with proven relationship building ability
- Strategic thinking and sales planning
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Solid understanding of ruminant health products and industry trends
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to sales strategies
- Technology proficiency and adaptability

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Business, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years’ related experience required in ruminant nutrition, ration and sales
- Travel: Frequent travel required on a weekly basis
