What You'll Do: The  Customer Success Analyst  acts as a liaison to First Advantage's large screening accounts and various internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Billing for FA's Staffing vertical. The Customer Success Analyst needs to have attention to detail, a sense of urgency, customer empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internally and externally. Responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and overall success.  As they will be working with various sized clients, different Customer Success Managers, Sales Reps and/or members of the Operations team to maintain, build out and report to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is  100% work from home . Authorized and working from the United States.  Responsibilities: Working on daily tasks in collaboration with the Customer Success Managers and Operations. Tasks will involve, migration related activities, current client work (QC, emails, etc), and special initiatives. Perform report research and analysis for internal and external customers. Ensure that reports and information requests are delivered on time and that SLA's are met. Monitor, enter, update, and close Service Center tickets. Provide and maintain in-depth working knowledge of all client verifications/processing guidelines. Prepare, analyze, and determine trends for monthly account reviews. Ensure that client fact sheets are kept current and relevant. Create a program overview outline document for all assigned accounts. Obtain first-hand customer information and makes recommendations for improvements to products, services, and reporting. Perform other duties as assigned by management. What You May Need to be Successful: High School Diploma or GED, or Equivalent work experience.  3+ years of customer service experience, including direct interactions with external customers. Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) Siebel, Salesforce or equivalent CRM system Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. The Internal Staffing Team Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. The AHN Internal Staffing Team (IST), is an Inpatient travel team. AHN IST employees will rotate to all AHN hospitals in Pennsylvania, including Allegheny General Hospital, Allegheny Valley Hospital, Canonsburg Hospital, Forbes Hospital, Jefferson Hospital, West Penn Hospital and Wexford Hospital in the Pittsburgh metro area and AHN Grove City and St. Vincent Hospital in Northwestern PA. The Inpatient Team includes Registered Nurses that will work on one of the following 3 clinical teams in one of the three specific clinical teams, including: Critical Care Telemetry/Med Surg Emergency Medicine Additionally, members of the Inpatient IST will be paid a premium rate. The incumbent assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The incumbent is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The registered nurse provides leadership in a professional practice setting. Team player who contributes to building the team by helping others succeed through role modeling and mentoring. Assigns or delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient and skill level of the RN, LPN, or support staff. Assigns duties and lunches for staff when performing charge role. Considers maintenance of a safe environment, patient condition, complexity of the intervention and predictability of the outcome. Provides peers with both verbal and written feedback regarding clinical practice and role performance. Shares knowledge and skills with peers and colleagues. Willingly accepts mistakes of self and others, creating a culture in which risk taking is not only safe but expected. Participates on interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care or health services. Promotes patient safety initiatives (ex: National Patient Safety Goals). Participates in department specific quality initiatives (ex: EBP population specific). Assures appropriate order sets are used. Analyzes the health status of the individuals and families comparing the data with the norm, when possible, to determine patient care needs. Assesses patient reports/records change of condition and notifies physician and/or supervisor and intervenes appropriately and documents accordingly. Accepts assignments in areas other than primary unit and performs duties within individualized competency. Demonstrates a commitment to continuous lifelong learning for self and others. What You'll Do:


The Customer Success Analyst acts as a liaison to First Advantage's large screening accounts and various internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Billing for FA's Staffing vertical. The Customer Success Analyst needs to have attention to detail, a sense of urgency, customer empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internally and externally. Responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and overall success.  As they will be working with various sized clients, different Customer Success Managers, Sales Reps and/or members of the Operations team to maintain, build out and report to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role is 100% work from home. Authorized and working from the United States. 


Responsibilities:
  • Working on daily tasks in collaboration with the Customer Success Managers and Operations. Tasks will involve, migration related activities, current client work (QC, emails, etc), and special initiatives.
  • Perform report research and analysis for internal and external customers. Ensure that reports and information requests are delivered on time and that SLA's are met. Monitor, enter, update, and close Service Center tickets.
  • Provide and maintain in-depth working knowledge of all client verifications/processing guidelines.
  • Prepare, analyze, and determine trends for monthly account reviews. Ensure that client fact sheets are kept current and relevant. Create a program overview outline document for all assigned accounts.
  • Obtain first-hand customer information and makes recommendations for improvements to products, services, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You May Need to be Successful:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or Equivalent work experience. 
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, including direct interactions with external customers.
  • Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Siebel, Salesforce or equivalent CRM system
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments.
  • Sense of urgency to meet client deadlines.
  • Highly responsive and adaptable to evolving priorities.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic team environment as well as act independently.
