• Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills, with a focus on the staffing market.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business growth in the hiring sector.
• Proficiency in contingent labor/contract staffing and direct hire placements.
• Ability to effectively prospect, convert leads, and maintain client relationships specifically in the hiring space.
