Job Description
- Build and execute a sales-first growth strategy for IT staffing*
- Personally prospect, sell, and close early deals to establish credibility*
- Establish a clear, teachable sales methodology*
- Hire, ramp, and develop initial sales and recruiting talent*
- Create accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline from Day 1*
- Build a focused, profitable book of business (1520 consultants target)*
- Own full P&L responsibility, including margin and cost control*
- Restore trust, transparency, and execution rigor in the division
- Proven IT staffing sales leader with build-from-scratch experience*
- Strong individual seller who can also coach and develop others*
- Demonstrated ability to identify and ramp talent*
- Disciplined forecaster with a bias toward execution*
- Comfortable operating without scale, structure, or brand lift*
- Builder mindset thrives where others see risk
- IT staffing business development*
- Sales methodology creation and execution*
- Forecasting and pipeline management*
- Early-stage team building*
- P&L ownership and accountability
- Bachelors degree required*
- 7+ years in IT / technology staffing*
- Prior experience launching or rebuilding a staffing practice strongly preferred
- Base salary $150K$175K with meaningful upside*
- Bonus tied directly to division growth and profitability*
- Full autonomy to build the business the right way*
- No need to scale to hundreds of consultants focused profitability wins*
