Child Care Admin – Full-Time Bambini Montessori Academy is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Admin to support the daily operations of our Montessori-based early childhood program for children ages infant to 5 years old. The Administrator will work closely with the Center Director to manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance with Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and Office of Child Care (OCC) regulations, and maintain smooth communication between staff and families. Responsibilities: Support the Director in managing daily administrative operations, including staffing, scheduling, and record-keeping. Maintain accurate child, staff, and enrollment records in compliance with MSDE and OCC requirements. Assist with family communication, respond to inquiries, and support enrollment and tour coordination. Manage billing, attendance, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
