- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Child Development Associate (CDA) or relevant certification preferred.
- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain a safe and organized environment while meeting the individual needs of each child.
