Ellsworth Music is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer our Charles Town, WV music school. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • New client registration
  • Client scheduling & billing
  • Teacher scheduling
  • Answer calls & emails
  • Reception, During Teaching Hours
  • Social Media & Marketing
  • Care of the studio spaces/light cleaning/tidying

The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.

The desired hours for this position are a combination of Mondays through Friday from 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm and Saturdays 11am-4pm totalling 40 hours per week. Pay will be commensurate with experience, and a 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available to employees who average 30 hours per week.
