THE JOB We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to work with the Venue Management team in Waukee, IA. The Operations Manager position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations and physical plant, partnering with the leadership team in the market. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager.   • Provide one-on-one Music Therapy services to children and youth with congenital disorders/intellectual disabilities/physical disabilities
  • Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients
  • Document on each session
  • Communicate with other team members and service providers
  • Turn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperwork
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Must be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homes
  • Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communication
  • Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance
  • Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
  • Implement patient care plans through home and community goal-related activities
  • Able to work independently, manage one’s own time and the time of client(s)
All Service Providers must have the following:
  • Resume 
  • MT-BC

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
