Your skills for the Front Desk shift must include:

• Possess strong group leadership and customer service skills

• Retail and customer service experience is a plus
• Commitment to on-going learning and program development
• Sense of humor appreciated

 Team Member Requirements:
• One-year commitment. It can takes several weeks of paid training to get you up to speed, so we ask that you give at least a one-year commitment for the job
• Must be available on weekends

Hours:
• Part-time
• Flexible schedule required; classes and parties are held weekdays, evenings and weekends. When you take on your shifts after training, you will have the same shifts every week. There can be additional shifts/hours if you're needed for subbing!
• Paid training will begin immediately

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly pay (based upon experience). Training is paid at $16.78 per hour with a bump when you are trained and start your shifts.
• Free Gymboree Play & Music play floor classes for employee's age appropriate children WHEN YOU ARE NOT WORKING
