Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree or greater, in Music or related field strongly preferred. A warm and engaging disposition is needed. Must be calm under pressure. Must be proficient in piano accompaniment, choral conducting, and vocal coaching. Proficiency in organ accompaniment highly desirable. Minimum three years prior experience as a liturgical musician or director of liturgical music preferably in a Catholic parish. Strong working knowledge of the treasury of sacred music, particularly within Catholic Church tradition; ability to integrate appropriate sacred music into each liturgical season and celebration. Our Bach to Rock Music Schools in Wyckoff and Nanuet are fun, rewarding, and supportive music schools. Our goal is to teach students of all ages to play the music they love. We are seeking instructors who can teach private lessons, and ideally (but not necessarily) play 2 or more of the following: piano, guitar, drums, or bass. We are also seeking violin and DJ teachers!

We are looking for an experienced and passionate instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music theory and be able to teach a variety of instruments, as well as ensemble (rock band).
