The Role Reporting to the General Manager, Music Clubs, our new Strategic Solutions Director for our Music Clubs vertical is the keeper of performance metrics, product liaison for business vertical, and a partner success consultant. What Will You Do? Support General Manager and Account Management in preparation and execution of regular client business review meetings. Support Account Management team with consultative client business discovery to identify revenue generation opportunities and then capturing revenue opportunities using AXS products, integrated partnerships, facilitated introductions or other consultative services. Act as primary resource for Music Clubs leadership to provide the latest product updates pertinent to the Music Clubs vertical. Assist Product team in coordinating client discovery meetings, alpha and beta client selection and product roll out for the Music Clubs vertical. Collaborate on requirements and use cases for new and enhanced capabilities. Attend regular product meetings to ensure business unit is represented and to keep apprised of the latest product updates. Create and maintain key performance analysis measuring success for the Music Clubs business vertical, clients, and account managers as well as product opportunities, deficiencies, and competitive data. Produce and present monthly Key Performance metrics to Head of business vertical (e.g. Sports and Subscriptions), Account Management, and business unit leadership team. Act as the Music Clubs vertical ticketing expert, compile and analyze industry information to identify opportunities for growth in business development, product, and opportunities with existing client base. Continually strengthen industry and institutional knowledge through internal and client interaction as well as competitive research. Collaborate with product marketing to build portfolio of best practices and case studies highlighting client successes specific to Music Clubs vertical clients. Represent the Music Clubs vertical and maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendor integration partners as it relates to client activations, facilitating client, product and vendor meetings as needed. Maintain constant contact and close relationships within the AXS organization across departments and North American business units. Collaborate with General Manager and Director, Account Management to schedule and deliver client town halls and other communications for the Music Clubs vertical. Support Account Management in remaining current on client goals and operations as well as current client contract terms. Support Business Development team as needed in preparation and presentation for new business What Will You Bring? Significant experience in business consulting, researching and analyzing data, or strategic planning. The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Music Clubs, our new Strategic Solutions Director for our Music Clubs vertical is the keeper of performance metrics, product liaison for business vertical, and a partner success consultant.

What Will You Do?

  • Support General Manager and Account Management in preparation and execution of regular client business review meetings.
  • Support Account Management team with consultative client business discovery to identify revenue generation opportunities and then capturing revenue opportunities using AXS products, integrated partnerships, facilitated introductions or other consultative services.
  • Act as primary resource for Music Clubs leadership to provide the latest product updates pertinent to the Music Clubs vertical.
    • Assist Product team in coordinating client discovery meetings, alpha and beta client selection and product roll out for the Music Clubs vertical. 
    • Collaborate on requirements and use cases for new and enhanced capabilities.
    • Attend regular product meetings to ensure business unit is represented and to keep apprised of the latest product updates.
  • Create and maintain key performance analysis measuring success for the Music Clubs business vertical, clients, and account managers as well as product opportunities, deficiencies, and competitive data. Produce and present monthly Key Performance metrics to Head of business vertical (e.g. Sports and Subscriptions), Account Management, and business unit leadership team.
  • Act as the Music Clubs vertical ticketing expert, compile and analyze industry information to identify opportunities for growth in business development, product, and opportunities with existing client base.
  • Continually strengthen industry and institutional knowledge through internal and client interaction as well as competitive research.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to build portfolio of best practices and case studies highlighting client successes specific to Music Clubs vertical clients.
  • Represent the Music Clubs vertical and maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendor integration partners as it relates to client activations, facilitating client, product and vendor meetings as needed.
  • Maintain constant contact and close relationships within the AXS organization across departments and North American business units.
  • Collaborate with General Manager and Director, Account Management to schedule and deliver client town halls and other communications for the Music Clubs vertical.
  • Support Account Management in remaining current on client goals and operations as well as current client contract terms. Support Business Development team as needed in preparation and presentation for new business

What Will You Bring?

  • Significant experience in business consulting, researching and analyzing data, or strategic planning.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field
  • Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders at all levels across internal & external organizations
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Looker desired
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and modelling
  • Ability to provide context and search for insight in data and analytics
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides),  Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and MS Office Suite 
  • Excellent administration, organization, project management and planning abilities
  • Positive with a "can do" attitude and a commitment to delivering the best
  • Highly organized with a record of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Bonus if you have

  • Live entertainment business experience in Ticketing, Concert Promotion, Sports, Product or Marketing  
  • Experience with ticketing tools & software (AXS, Ticketmaster, Elevate, Front Gate, other)  
  • Current knowledge and awareness of the latest industry trends and ticketing innovation through continuous industry press research

Pay Scale: $106,685-$160,000

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
