We work closely with label partners, artist management, and creative teams to plan, launch and optimize artist stores, ensuring that fans around the world can directly engage with and purchase from their favorite artists. Our team manages store operations, campaign planning, performance reporting, and creative execution for both new releases and ongoing artist activity.

How You'll CREATE:

The Artist Strategy function exists to shepherd best-in-class campaign work, with the explicit purpose of scaling and evolving our strategic approach to the business. We work to take an artist's eCommerce business to the next level, helping to ensure the success of calendar plans and overall revenue goals while elevating an artist's brand. The Artist Strategy team works in partnership with Label Engagement & key stakeholders to develop and support strategies to maximize our business across key areas of opportunity, with a heavy focus on new album releases, tour, and catalog music.

At least 60% of the internship will include supporting development and evolution of our internal tools, specifically:

  • Own updating the Case Study Decks (frontline, tour, catalog)

We use data to guide segmentation and journeys, with personalization that reflects audience preferences. Our work drives engagement, retention, and lifetime value while supporting artist and label objectives.

  • Support the build, testing, and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns

  • Assist in designing original graphics for D2C, retail, tour and VIP channels across various styles

Production/product development is responsible for all of the sourcing and development of all merchandise, ranging from apparel to accessories to home decor. We communicate direct with vendors and factories, both domestic and overseas, to ideate/develop/source all items, as well as review fabric swatches and final product for quality and fit confirmation. We also negotiate costs and P&L along with finance for both e-comm and tour.

  • Organize and maintain sample drawers and collections in office

  • Issue sample POs and production POs to vendors with accurate costs, descriptions, SKUs, and units

  • Create SKUs, UPCs, item cards, and generate POs directly in Navision Citrix

  • Work regularly in Monday.com, updating boards with relevant production information for e-comm launches, INTL production orders, and overall product development tracking

  • Handle sample shipments and other shipment requests from management
