This role serves as the primary link between NPO groups and Legends management, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering an exceptional fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Serve as the first point of contact between assigned NPO groups and Legends management. Ensure stands are properly staffed, food is prepared according to menu recipes, and operations meet Legends’ safety and efficiency standards. Monitor product levels throughout the event to avoid shortages. Conduct accurate pre- and post-event inventories, ensure proper cash handling and deposits, and enforce rules outlined in the NPO training manual. Operate or oversee the operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems when needed, ensuring compliance with Legends service standards. Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest or staff issues quickly and professionally. Assist in training, guiding, and motivating NPO groups to maintain operational excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. All other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate and Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) Certification. Previous experience in food & beverage operations, concessions, or supervisory roles preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must be available to work all AT&T Stadium events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, use hands to handle food and equipment, reach with arms, and lift/carry items up to 50 lbs. Full and Part-Time Game Facilitator
We are currently seeking active, passionate, and customer service-savvy professionals for the role of Game Facilitator.  
This position keeps you constantly on the move, with limited time spent sitting down. It may involve tasks that require you to be actively present and responsive in a fast-paced work environment.
Activate is taking entertainment into the future by fusing technology and physical activity together to create live-action gaming experiences. You and your group enter a game experience and become the players to actively and mentally complete challenges.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Check customers in, take payments, and make reservations 
  • Brief new groups prior to the start of the game;
  • Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if necessary;
  • Participating with customers in active games if needed to ensure customers have an excellent experience; 
  • Maintain the rooms by cleaning, painting, and any required maintenance;
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and make minor repairs in the event of a malfunction;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner
  • Must be a people person - energetic, friendly, and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowd.
  • A strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Must be willing to work various shifts starting as early as 9 am and ending as late as 1 am. Managers will work within the given availability
  • Some troubleshooting and technical ability that can be applied to a wide variety of equipment repair/maintenance needs.
