Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Creative Services content team to design and develop graphics and animations for videoboards, LED boards, and digital signage. Create and maintain motion graphics and animations to engage audiences during live events. Develop team sponsor-specific content, ensuring compliance with sponsorship agreements. Oversee graphic operations for the in-game show, including the operation of graphic systems during live events to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content. As a Senior Game Designer on the League of Legends Summoner's Rift Team, you will shape the future of Summoner's Rift by exploring opportunities across diverse player needs, ranging from new players and reviving players to professionals. Your focus will be on delivering impactful, exciting and sustainable improvements that resonate with player motivations and elevate the overall experience. You will collaborate closely with the Live Pod and Game Analysis Team to ensure that these opportunities are balanceable. We are looking for passionate Designers that can deliver creative, yet practical and purposeful Seasonal updates to League of Legends. Key Responsibilities Canvas the opportunity space to improve the Summoner's Rift experience for new players, reviving players, existing players and professional play. Drive the design, development, and delivery of Season Start updates and other large-scale systemic changes. Collaborate with the Live Pod and Game Analysis Team to assess the balanceability of content. Lead cross-discipline teams to align on and deliver a cohesive design vision. Improve and evolve existing design frameworks to meet current and future player needs. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience designing systems, mechanics, or content for competitive PvP games. Proven ability to understand diverse player motivations (social, innovative, competitive) and deliver designs that resonate across them. Proven success in delivering holistic improvements across diverse player segments. Successful delivery of large scope Seasonal content or equivalent sized features in PvP games. Baseline understanding of all League of Legends gameplay content, including champions, items, runes, and map objectives. Strong collaborative skills with partner teams to aid balanceability and player resonance assessments. Preferred Qualifications Gold+ rank in solo queue. Expertise in understanding and optimizing complex game systems. Deep knowledge of player behaviors and optimization strategies in competitive games.   • Game Market & Gameplay Monitoring and Analysis: Track trends and conduct a competitive analysis in key regions, providing detailed market research reports.

  • Collaboration and Ecosystem Building: Enhance local team collaboration, and build and assess cooperation ecosystems and product layouts.

Who We Look For

  • 7+ years in the gaming industry with project management, business development, and analysis experience.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $48.5 to $82.0 per hour. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
