The EMACS team delivers advanced data, analytics, and AI solutions to enhance the Veteran experience across priority areas including access to care, homelessness, and crisis response. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of analytics, engineering, and reporting deliverables. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed reviews and validations of deliverables across analytics, data engineering, UX, and reporting workstreams to ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functionality, performance, and reliability. Perform manual and automated testing to detect defects, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities. Document results, track defects, and communicate findings to development teams and stakeholders for timely resolution. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and UX specialists to validate requirements and provide actionable feedback. Establish and refine QA processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency in testing.
