Perform more complex product tuning and has the ability to read the analyzer and make appropriate judgment/decisions. Participate in Continuous Improvement events. Scope:

Responsible for setting up and performing tuning and test on components, subassemblies and systems to ensure production quality is achieved in accordance to TTM standards while working under minimal supervision.

Duties:

  • Identify and setup test equipment and perform RF testing.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems on basic RF test setups.
  • Instruct test personnel on the proper use of passive test equipment and assist with their training.
  • Participate in groups to collect data and monitor trends for SPC and to maintain produce ability. Collect, analyze and interpret data and work with engineers to ensure passive products meet specifications.
  • Provide data for engineers on development of passive products.
  • Support passive product teams with test methodology, data analysis, and recommendations on improvements for efficiency and quality.
  • Perform more complex product tuning and has the ability to read the analyzer and make appropriate judgment/decisions.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement events.
  • Listen to customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectation.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
