Our team is responsible for implementing and operating enterprise solutions for TSA using Salesforce integrated with other leading cloud technologies. You’ll be working on an agile scrum team that is part of a larger SAFe program. The scrum team is responsible for grooming, estimating, solutioning and building user stories that may require Lighting Web Components (LWC), Apex, OOTB components, Flow, Process Builder, etc. to implement. This role would be responsible for overseeing the quality and integrity of the development of these user stories. Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and Customization (APEX classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components, etc.) Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks. Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements. Join our growing team at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and help elevate both the experience and the safety of travel. Our team is responsible for implementing and operating enterprise solutions for TSA using Salesforce integrated with other leading cloud technologies. You’ll be working on an agile scrum team that is part of a larger SAFe program. The scrum team is responsible for grooming, estimating, solutioning and building user stories that may require Lighting Web Components (LWC), Apex, OOTB components, Flow, Process Builder, etc. to implement. This role would be responsible for overseeing the quality and integrity of the development of these user stories.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and Customization (APEX classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components, etc.)
  2. Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks.
  3. Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
  4. Adhere to defined testing standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand test scripts and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with Product Owners to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) post-deployment and ensure all requirements are met.
  6. Document and report defects, and work with developers to resolve them.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  1. 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce QA.
  2. Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification.
  3. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  4. Proficiency in creating concise test scripts for user stories.
  5. Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:
