Key Responsibilities Field & Venue Preparation Measure and paint fields before each season and as needed. Complete equipment inventory checks at venues and storage locations. Deliver and distribute equipment and uniforms to fields and venues prior to the season. Ensure supply bins at each venue are adequately stocked and replenished. Equipment, Supply & Delivery Management Inventory and organize all deliveries upon arrival. Deliver equipment to fields as needed throughout the season. Assemble uniform bags and distribute them to venues. Distribute mouthguards, shin guards, and sportsmanship medals. Monitor inventory and notify Management of low or missing supplies. Restock items and communicate availability to appropriate staff. Staff Oversight & Communication Track late staff call-ins and submit write-ups based on the 36-hour policy. Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback. Verify staff timesheets and issue regular reminders. Participate in weekly site manager calls. Operations & Transportation Coordination Manage cancellation communication and update the weather hotline. Complete road signs and preschool routes. Coordinate awards pick-up and distribution. Maintain a clean driving record for travel between sites. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for transport needs. Summary An assistant professor in Computer Science will develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in computer science as assigned by the chair based on departmental needs, will possess a solid publication record, and be expected to develop or continue to develop a strong research group with an externally funded research program in one or more of the following areas: Game design, development and related areas Software engineering Artificial intelligence/machine learning Computing systems. The Department of Computer Science at UCCS excels in preparing undergraduates for careers in the computing industry locally and nationally by providing ABET-accredited classes of high quality. The department has over 700 majors across several programs including graduate-level programs to suit the needs of full-time students and working individuals in the region. The Department of Computer Science is an NSA/DHS designated National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CD) and in Research (CAE-R). We comprise 22 full-time faculty, including NSF CAREER, NIH MIRA, and AFOSR YIP winners, with approximately 600 undergraduates, 70 masters students, and 50 PhD students in two PhD programs---one in Computer Science and the other in Cybersecurity. In 2024-25, the department averaged $650K in active funding per tenure track faculty member. Job Summary: The Director, Game Entertainment and Special Events will be responsible for the development and execution of all entertainment for Arizona Cardinals games and events with the goal of creating a unique, entertaining and fan-friendly event experience. This shall include all administrative duties for Game Entertainment and assist in the execution of Cardinals special events. This position will determine the content and atmosphere of Cardinals games consistent with overall organization marketing, sales and broadcast initiatives. The Director will be responsible for the execution of all game day entertainment and team events that deliver the greatest exposure and value to the team. The position is primarily based at the Tempe, AZ business office, but will be required to work all home games and team functions at the State Farm Stadium located in Glendale, AZ. Primary Job Duties: The Director, Game will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following: Planning and coordinating Cardinals game day entertainment including, but not limited to pre-game presentations, National Anthem, color guard, half-time performances, in-game promotions, and outdoor entertainment. Executive producer for video board presentation, run of show, and in game show direction. Create game day entertainment timelines, scripts for PA and Game Presentation production/presentation. Work with Cardinals Business, Broadcast, Production, and Stadium Operations departments executing game day. Devise new and creative pre-game events, in-game entertainment, and stadium promotions. Oversee game day entertainment and promotions staff including cheerleaders, drumline, flag runners, mascot, production, and promotional staff. Serve as the direct report for Director / Cardinals Cheerleaders and Coordinator. Planning and execution of team special events including, but not limited to Draft Party, Day #3 Draft, Cardinals Climb, Golf Outings, Parades and any additional team marketing or promotional events. Provide support to Cardinals Charities and Community Relations events. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education, training, and experience) Experience: At least seven (7) years of experience in professional broadcast sports entertainment, NFL or Special Events experience a plus. Passionate and knowledgeable about the sports, entertainment, and special event industry. Ability to work with and supervise a variety of staff. Work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a high-stress, fast-paced live event/production environment. Must be detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence. Strong understanding of brand standards. Ability to lift 25lbs. Willingness and ability to travel 2 - 3 times a year for air travel and overnight stays for appearances, conferences, league meetings, and team events.
