Escalate errors to Repair Techs, ensuring they receive the necessary information to repair a unit in a timely manner. In this role, you will provide services to the world’s largest telecommunications and cable providers. The ideal CTDI team members should have experience assembling desktops and servers, including diagnostics skills to troubleshoot errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Desktops/Servers
    • Populating and depopulating motherboard components including, but not limited to, DIMM sticks, PCI Cards, CPUs, and assorted cables. 
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
    • Execute varying diagnostics, including navigating system folders and find the output log files, then interpreting the data within the logs to determine exactly what has failed.
    • Escalate errors to Repair Techs, ensuring they receive the necessary information to repair a unit in a timely manner. 

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience with technician level equipment (Multi Meter)
  • An understanding of test script output is required (C# coding language)
  • Knowledge of PowerShell
  • Ability to troubleshoot Command Prompt based output
  • The ability to use Multi-Meters to probe components is plus.
