Position Summary: The Fitzwater Center is seeking 4 students to work as Pre-Game/Halftime Producers. This position will produce the pre-game and half-time shows for one sport's livestreams. This position will be expected to cover every home game of their single team during the season. In the fall, these teams include: Field Hockey, Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, and Football. This position will be required to produce and edit pre-recorded content for each game; produce a run-of-show for their segments; coordinate with talent to produce cohesive and engaging show; and promote on social media.. Experience and Qualifications: These positions are expected to undergo training at the start of the season. They must also attend weekly production meetings on Fridays, 8 am, and participate in ongoing professional development. This position needs to be able to independently shoot professional quality video and audio in the small studio and in the field, edit footage, upload to the Production Truck system at least two days before game day. Expected that pre-came/halftime producers can drive a van or shuttle for RSN, to transport equipment and/or students/staff Special Notes: Students with a Federal Work Study are encouraged to apply.

The Senior Vice President, Business Affairs & Legal is a key member of the network's senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing all business and legal affairs functions supporting the network's programming, production, distribution, and digital initiatives. This role combines strategic business leadership with deep legal expertise to guide deal-making, manage risk, and enable the creative and operational goals of the organization. The SVP partners closely with senior executives across development, creative, production, finance, distribution and marketing to drive business strategy while ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the chief legal and business affairs advisor for the network and executive leadership. Develop and execute business affairs strategies aligned with the company's content, revenue, and growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of attorneys and business affairs executives. Drive operational excellence through consistent deal templates, negotiation standards, and process improvement. Deal Negotiation & Management Structure, negotiate, and oversee all major agreements, including talent, production, licensing, co-production, acquisition, and distribution deals across linear, digital, and streaming platforms. Lead negotiations with agencies, studios, producers, and creative partners to secure favorable business terms while maintaining strong industry relationships. Oversee and approve deal structures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and alignment with strategic and financial goals. Advise on all legal matters affecting the network, including intellectual property, privacy, defamation, rights clearance, and regulatory compliance (including FCC, FTC, and advertising standards). Partner with corporate legal and compliance teams to manage litigation, policy, and risk exposure. Supervise outside counsel and legal budget management to ensure cost-effective, high-quality representation. Work collaboratively with Programming, Production, Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Ad Sales, and Digital teams to structure innovative deals and business models. Provide legal and business input on creative and operational decisions to balance business priorities with legal compliance. Qualifications Education: JD from an accredited law school; active member of a state bar (California or New York preferred). Experience: Minimum 15+ years of progressively senior experience in business and legal affairs within the television, cable, or entertainment industry. Previous management experience with proven ability to provide specific direction, training and development of direct reports Expertise: Proven success in high-level deal-making, production and talent agreements, rights management, and network operations. Excellent understanding of contract language, structure, and interpretation. Superior knowledge of entertainment industry practices, specifically in development. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. Strong business judgment and analytical capabilities. Adept at balancing creative, financial, and legal considerations. The anticipated base salary for this position is $320,000 to $350,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. Position Summary: As Game Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the moment-to-moment gameplay and core systems that define the player's journey. You are a systems-focused, player-first designer who understands how mechanics, narrative, and presentation work together to create meaningful experiences. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of professional game design experience with at least one shipped title. Demonstrated expertise in systems design, progression, and player engagement loops. Proficiency with UE5 Blueprints and the Gameplay Ability System for prototyping mechanics. Strong grasp of character, camera, and controls and how they inform player experiences. Proven ability to work cross-discipline with animation, narrative, and engineering. Passion for iteration, prototyping, and crafting joyful, meaningful player experiences. Significant experience in UE4 and/or UE5. Bonus Skills: Experience designing narrative-driven or cinematic gameplay systems. Familiarity with live service or social gameplay features. Previous experience at a startup or early-phase project. Interest in film, cross-medium storytelling, or experimental gameplay. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls and provide information/answers to callers’ questions as appropriate; otherwise direct callers to specific departments in a courteous and efficient manner. Greet visitors at the reception desk in a warm and friendly manner and contact employees to meet visitors in the reception area. Work with Office Administration team to fill the beverage refrigerator and snack containers in 3rd Floor kitchen at the start of each shift. Other duties as assigned.
