We’reseeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates,assistcustomers, and drive store sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability

· Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations

· Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth

· Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience

· Safeguard the company’s assets

Skills and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

· Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is

· Excellent communication skills are

· Retail management experience is preferred

· Ability to regularlylift upto 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is

· Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
