Can lift up to 30 pounds, and carry cases of milk cartons and soft drinks, beer and juice containers through proper lifting techniques Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures in any form of emergencies. Position Purpose:
Our retail sales associates play a vital role in our mission of “Creating & sharing the experience of a more flavorful life.” Every guest interaction is an opportunity to deliver an engaging and flavorful experience to our guests; many of whom are visiting us for the first time! Essential Job Duties: 
  • Ensure each guest receives a stellar experience and is welcomed into the store and greeted with our custom step-in lines.
  • Field guest questions concerning product information, price and uses for products.
  • Establish rapport with guests to ensure their return and/or word of mouth advertising.
  • Maintain merchandise and product inventory levels throughout the store (on shelves, counters, tables and containers). 
  • Help maintain store appearance by contributing toward daily routines.
  • Assess store inventory levels; notify management of replenishment requirements.
  • Price merchandise with labels, SKU’s, prices and locations.
  • Maintain solid, accurate and current product knowledge to adequately promote product by reading applicable publications and attending required training activities.
  •  Comply with operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation of the store.
  • Contribute to the team effort and embody core values of Inclusion, Safety, Courtesy, Show and Efficiency.

Knowledge and Job Requirements:
