Come join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a full time Retail Assistant Manager at our High Plainz Strains of Log Lane location. General Info: Candidates with a current badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado will be given heavy preference. Overtime may be available as needed. Open availability is essential, as the store operates daily from 8 AM to 10 PM, including holidays and weekends. The only day the store is closed is Christmas Day. The ideal candidate will bring diverse experience in customer service, shift management, and cash handling. Previous retail management experience is highly desirable, and familiarity with the cannabis industry is a significant advantage. We seek someone with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with both customers and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment are essential. Given the highly regulated nature of our industry, adherence to rules, regulations, and established SOPs is crucial. High ethical standards are mandatory, as you will be responsible for handling both product and cash daily. Pay - this position starts at $19/hour plus tips. Keeps track of cash moved between the drawers and safe during the day, including cash pays for supplies, etc. Counts and records all tips at the end of each shift, ensuring the Front Desk Receptionist receives their portion. Ideal Skills and Experience: Previous retail management experience a huge plus! Previous cannabis industry experience a huge plus! Ability to accurately count both paper money and coins.  OUTSTANDING customer service skills are required. Communication skills with customers and employees are required.
