The Construction Superintendent will manage complex construction projects from the planning and design phase through project completion ensuring that project deliverables are successful, and that the project is completed in a cost effective and timely manner. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for planning all construction sequencing, resource allocation, subcontractor relations and cost management.
