Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve construction challenges. Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or utility-scale industry. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical infrastructure, and construction best practices. Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. PMP Certification or relevant industry certifications preferred.
