Job Details

The Safety Manager oversees safety programs across multiple multifamily construction sites, working closely with site leadership to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• •* Implement and enforce company safety programs
• •* Conduct site safety audits and training sessions
• •* Investigate incidents and manage corrective actions
• •* Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
• •* Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers

Qualifications

• •* 5+ years of construction safety experience
• •* Multifamily or large commercial project background preferred
• •* OSHA 30 and other relevant certifications
• •* Strong communication and leadership skills
