Construction Project Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site)

As a Construciton Project Manager at House to Home Cleveland, you will oversee the successful execution of residential remodeling projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams while ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for someone with at least 10 years of experience in high-end residential remodeling who has a strong background in project management. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to deliver top-notch results, maintain excellent communication, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Collaborate with the client, design team, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide leadership to project teams and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
- Monitor quality control and ensure all work complies with building codes and company standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on the job site.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction or remodeling project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software (experience with BuilderTrend a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Pay and Benefits:
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 (based on experience).
- Additional performance-based bonuses may apply
- Health and dental insurance.
- Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.
