Ensure that the subcontractors are maintaining record drawings (“red line as builts”) during construction. Responsible for the organization, establishment, and maintenance of the on-site field office to project a professional image (organized, clean, signage, etc.) The timely communication with the Construction Manager on matters regarding financial issues, safety, construction progress, labor issues, material problems, quality, code issues, etc. Interface and work harmoniously with respective Project Managers and other personnel. Oversee the documentation, correction, and closure of all punch list items. Ensure all quality related check sheets are accurately documented and reporting any observed deviations to the QAR. Along with competitive compensation, we provide annual salary reviews with a job progression plan, as well as a generous profit-sharing program.   Responsibilities: Adhere and promote company SAFETY measures at all times Manual labor associated with installing, repairing, and servicing conventional, deep well, and HDD ground beds Loading and unloading equipment and materials Prepare construction site and clean up when job is completed Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, tampers, and rakes SAFELY drive trucks and pull trailers with equipment and materials to construction sites SAFELY operate equipment (backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, auger, and forklift) Perform routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment Help clean and organize truck and warehouse area Provide and maintain accurate paperwork Travel required. Typically 4-5 weeks at a time. Minimum Qualifications: Basic computer and math skills Must have a Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record  Must be able to pass DOT drug test and physical Knowledge of DOT regulations for drivers and trucks This position requires significant travel (domestic only), and will require you to be gone 4-5 weeks at a time Able to work outdoors in all types of weather and may be exposed to extremes of climate and temperatures Preferred Qualifications: Experience in heavy equipment operation and general maintenance of excavators, front-end loaders, dozers, and skid steers Experience in the corrosion industry, pipeline construction, or underground utilities  TWIC card Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. In this role, you’ll support heavy civil and mission-critical projects such as data centers, with opportunities to use and grow skills in pipe handling, grading, underground utilities, and concrete.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with site prep, excavation, trenching, and backfilling.

  • Support crews with underground utility installation and concrete work.

  • Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment safely.

  • Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe.

  • Work as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous construction experience (pipe handling, grading, utilities, or concrete preferred).

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
