Construction Project Manager- Renovations & Furniture Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee renovation and furniture projects including design review, procurement, work order remediation, delivery, and installations across our real estate portfolio. This role requires expertise in managing construction and furniture projects from conception through completion, with a focus on retail financial renovations. Manage time and organizes office and filing system efficiently; organizes and maintains accurate project correspondence files. Maintain subcontractor insurance certificate compliance. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent technical training and related experience. (5)+ years of similar construction engineering experience in Heavy Industrial projects. Title, duties, and responsibilities will be refined to reflect your current, and future, career trajectory. Skills and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc., plus an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units required. Develop and maintain an effective system to manage all inventory of tools, company assests and warehouse materials. This system should include a process to ensure accountability of all materials removed as well as the need to purchase additional materials. b. Ensure that all employees have the necessary company provided tools assigned to them. c. Ensure that all assets’ trucks maintain a standard stock of materials with company branding clearly identified. These assets should be replenished as needed.d. Maintain an updated list of new tools to include a description of the tool with associated serial numbers.e. Track materials needed and used, to ensure that construction supplies are fully utilized.f. Monitor vehicle maintenance and schedule services when needed.g. Conduct weekly inspections of the condition of vehicles. Monitor and report any damage.h. Plan and execute the delivery of materials to job site. Requirements Necessary Experience and Skill Set Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and services Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential. The Role:

As a Roustabout Supervisor, you will lead and oversee all roustabout activities for a specific job or account, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will supervise a team of roustabouts, manage equipment usage, interact with clients, and enforce safety protocols to maintain Keystone's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily roustabout operations and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently
  • Act as on-site manager or delegate to ensure operations align with work orders and customer expectations
  • Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of skid steers, telehandlers, containment, fittings, and winterization systems
  • Supervise, train, and mentor field roustabout crews
  • Communicate with clients and represent Keystone leadership on-site
  • Manage site EH&S compliance and deliver safety training
  • Complete daily field tickets and other required documentation
  • Monitor and inspect equipment including heaters, light towers, and loaders
  • Estimate and plan project needs including labor, materials, and scheduling
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements, cost controls, and new technologies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oil & gas experience
  • At least 3 years of certified equipment operator experience
  • 3+ years of broader industry experience
  • Safety or engineering coursework or certifications
  • Strong knowledge of roustabout operations, containment construction, and system controls
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to submit accurate documentation using mobile devices
  • Valid driver's license required
