Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Support in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Ground up multifamily experience
• Procore and standard construction software knowledge
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving project goals.
