Archadeck Outdoor Living is seeking an Construction Field Coordinator. We specialize in designing and building outdoor living spaces - decks, porches, patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, etc. This individual will report to the Construction Manager who will direct their work and provide guidance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outside, has worked with power tools, has basic carpentry skills, and general construction knowledge. The right candidate is very detail oriented and will help position our resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy of all projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • Good work ethic and strong communication skills required
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry principals and materials preferred, but some construction experience is required
  • Reliable transportation is required and clean driving record
  • Will be responsible for picking up and delivering construction materials to job sites frequently
  • Must be comfortable visiting construction sites and working outside year round
  • Keep a tidy personal appearance and a clean, safe job site
  • Should be comfortable with ladder work and using power tools, as needed
  • Responsible for regular updates on job status to the construction manager, clients, and crew
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 1 year in the construction industry
