Must be able to shovel/use a shovel for significant periods of time. Complete Flagging Class & have valid card on person at all times. Must be able to use a tape measure and know/learn basic measurements (1’ – 12”, etc.) Must be able to stand, walk, knee, stretch or sit for long periods in a site environment. Compensation : Constructiv is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary for this role is $91,300 - $136,900 . This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.   • Create office systems and maintain current systems

  • Works well with a variety of software
Must pass a background and drug test
Requires occasional night or weekend
Quickbooks, DASH or Xactimate experience is not required but helpful
Salary Range:
$16-$20 an hour depending on experience
