Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address and resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams during all phases of construction.
  • Review and approve project submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control on all aspects of construction work.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status and performance metrics to stakeholders.
