About You and The Role As the Construction & Development Manager, Phoenix Region, you will own and drive all aspects of real estate development to establish Zipline's ground infrastructure in the region. The Construction Claims Manager will be responsible for handling construction claims throughout the United States involving Starr insureds and oversight of third-party administrators.
