Responsibilities:

  • Install, modify, and repair:
    • Utility, supply, and disposal systems
    • Fixtures, fittings, and equipment (e.g., sewage, water, gas, oil lines)

  • Set plumbing fixtures for commercial buildings and hospitals
  • Install:
    • DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent) systems
    • Domestic hot and cold water piping

  • Read blueprints and lay out plumbing systems for underground rough-in and top-out phases
  • Conduct pressure testing to detect leaks
  • Cut openings in structures using hand and power tools
  • Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
  • Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program
  • Hold a Texas State License or be eligible to sit for the exam
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes across jurisdictions
  • Ability to solder, braze copper tubing, thread steel pipe, and use ProPress
  • Industrial plumbing experience is a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
