About the role
As a Project Manager for our craft division, you will be responsible for providing overall management, support, and guidance for projects to ensure successful project completion. This role includes handling technical tasks, managing project schedules, material orders, ensuring compliance with contracts, and overall project support.

What your day-to-day will look like
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Manage purchasing, material procurement, and cost controls.
  • Lead project communications, including submittals, RFIs, and progress reporting.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting accountability and teamwork.
  • Monitor and forecast budgets, track productivity, and drive financial performance.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or industry related field.
  • 5+ years of commensurate experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, along with construction project management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive client focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present to internal and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
