Position summary: TRP Construction Group, LLC is currently seeking full-time Pavement Markings Laborer to perform operations in the Sanford, Florida area. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance to ensure the safety of the traveling public. Participate in coordination and production meetings to identify and resolve issues early. What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience as a Foreman in high-end residential construction. Strong carpentry skills and understanding of installation techniques with an eye for detail and craftsmanship. Proven ability to lead crews by example, mentor and train carpenters, and maintain high standards. Solid written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly document site needs and RFIs. Proficiency with email and file-sharing tools like Dropbox. Bonus if you're familiar with digital plan tools, Procore and MS Project. Strong customer service instincts and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Have a full complement of tools, including specialty tools for division 6. Job Summary: The Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in managing job file and office finances and budgets.
