The D&C VP will be involved with all phases of entitlements, design, and day-to-day construction management including pre-development, site due diligence, user group programming, design, construction, close-out/evaluation, and budget/schedule reporting. Essential Functions Produce project master schedule in coordination with Business Development, Finance, Leasing, architect, general contractor, and others as required, and ensure that NexCore design specification standards and implemented.
