Bucket trucks have a maximum load capacity ranging from 300 to 400 lbs. based on the manufacturer's specifications for each vehicle. Team members certified for bucket truck use are responsible for being aware of and adhering to these maximum load requirements. Be able to safely use a ladder rated for a maximum load of 375 lbs., including the combined weight of the individual, fall protection equipment, and any tools being carried. Mental Demands: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when dealing with urgent repairs or customer issues. As a Facilities & Construction Technician with Brio:

You will help to address new construction concerns as well as maintain and repair property, equipment, grounds and entrances of the community, order and deliver departmental supplies and complete maintenance work orders. Our maintenance team is all given the opportunity to learn more skilled areas within the maintenance and repair process, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other skills building trades and may assist other environmental departments with various tasks. You will also assist with maintenance needs at our partnering community for Meals on Wheels.
