This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong relationships and drive successful project outcomes. The position requires a balance of leadership, financial oversight, and field coordination.Key Responsibilities

• * Lead project planning, estimating support, bid reviews, and execution to ensure clear scope, cost control, and efficient delivery
• * Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and risk from project start through completion
• * Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and maintain consistent communication
• * Oversee site progress, safety, documentation, and change management to support overall project performance

Qualifications

• * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• * 3+ years of project management experience within commercial or retail construction
• * Solid understanding of construction methods, financial controls, and project reporting
• * Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
• * Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
