- 3-5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on large-scale excavation and remediation projects.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to obtain relevant certifications and licenses as required.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machinery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to work in challenging outdoor environments and variable weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER).
- Experience with concrete work, paving, and other aspects of environmental construction.
- Familiarity with project management principles and software.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
