Be on site within 2 hours if it is an emergency, or inspect loss site within 24 hours for non- emergencies (unless there are other carrier program requirements). Maintain constant communication with property owner. Schedule the completed work order to include: pre-construction on-site meeting when appropriate, sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments. Prepare an accurate scope by reviewing property damage and utilizing best practices in the industry to correct and remediate based on WRT and ASD standards. Prepare estimate using xactimate or symbility in a timely fashion (typically within 48 hours of the inspection or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers). Secure approved scope and price with insurer and/or customer. Explain the Paul Davis services, scope, estimate and time of completion to the property owner to secure contractual work authorization. Achieve a contract closing ratio of fifty-percent (50%) or higher. Document to service levels and deliver necessary paperwork timely and maintain relationship with insurer. Document and deliver estimate, permits and other documents to property owner in a timely manner and secure contract. Document and deliver necessary paperwork timely to administrative department. Secure trades, prepare project timeline and start job in a timely manner. Interface with Municipal and other regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and schedule inspections. Hire and manage appropriate subcontractors and trades or schedule employee assignments and manage same. Manage and Inspect all assigned projects for progress. Maintain documentation on personal inspections and project flow. Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and tradespeople conduct). Manage job to speedy conclusion while maintaining legal compliance. Interface with CSR regarding project progress, completion, and conditions. Professionally handle any and all complaints. Manage punch list completion, obtain completion certificate, and collect funds as necessary. Prepare job file for closing. Collect payment on closed jobs in a timely fashion. Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisors STV’s Transportation group based in our Douglassville, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia, PA offices, is seeking construction inspection supervisors with experience on PennDOT and PA Turnpike highway and bridge construction projects. Field Locations in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern regions of Pennsylvania. Our upcoming needs are on Construction Inspection projects are located in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern regions of Pennsylvania, particularly in Carbon, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties. Future projects are also located in the Philadelphia region. Clients include the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Districts 4, 5, and 6, and the PA Turnpike Commission (PTC). These positions require 4 to 8 years of experience on highway and/or bridge construction inspection projects, and a combination of the following certifications: · NICET Level III in Highway Construction · NECEPT Asphalt Field Technician · ACI Concrete Technician · PennDOT/NECEPT Concrete Technician · Certifications and training in Stormwater Management, Guiderail/Attenuator installation, Traffic Control, and OSHA/Safety are also desired. The projects will be civil infrastructure including water and wastewater utilities, storm water, land development, roadway and transportation projects for both public and private sector clients. This role will require travel and coordination with professionals from other offices within Florida. A company vehicle will be provided. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform inspections of traffic control, environmental controls, layout, construction methods and materials, and all issues concerning the construction of a project under direct supervision. Determine the acceptability of the day‐to‐day work performed by the contractor. Review and recommend the acceptance or rejection of daily reports submitted by the contractor, perform inspection of the contractor’s quality control procedures and material testing, and verify that procedures are in conformance with the approved Quality Control Plan and established procedures. Candidate must also be able to review material testing procedures and results for conformance to the contract and measure quantities of materials placed. May be required to perform sampling and/or in‐place testing of soil, aggregate base, concrete, and asphalt concrete pavement. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of experience in construction inspection for site related projects including water/sewer, roadway, stormwater, facility design, land development, etc. Four (4) years or more of site (roadway, water/sewer, stormwater) construction inspection experience is preferred. All candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record. Candidates may substitute a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management in place of noted experience and qualifications listed above. Proficiency with inspection related documentation including daily reporting and electronic correspondence is required. Outstanding organizational skills Strong sense of urgency, project responsibility and initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Summary:

Provides maintenance, custodial and cleaning services. Serves as auxiliary Installer when required.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities:

  • Completes routine cleaning and maintenance of Clear Channel structures and sites.  Tasks may include:
  • Mowing, trimming trees and brush cutting.
  • Painting poles aprons or other product presentation.
  • Operating a tractor, chain saw, weed eater or other light maintenance equipment.
  • Perform general structural maintenance and repairs.
  • Completes light Branch Facility maintenance, cleaning, carpentry, painting, repairs (e.g., lighting, plumbing), and preventative maintenance.
  • Works safely in accordance with federal, state, local regulations as well as company policy.
  • Uses company-issued equipment/systems to read work instructions and input data upon completion of the jobs
  • Reports landlord or property owner complaints.
  • Assists in Mill Shop with 3D or other large projects.
  • Disposes of trash/garbage in accordance with facility and community schedule, accepts and transports deliveries, assists in inventory control, provides back-up in emergency safety situations, and other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:       

Education

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.

Work Experience

  • 1+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with minor electrical, plumbing and building repair a plus.

Skills

  • Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Is proficient in listening and oral communication skills; can read & speak English.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
