Job Description
- OSHA 30 Certification – REQUIRED(Applications without OSHA 30 will not be considered.)
- Be on-site every day overseeing construction activity and progress
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
- Run project-related errands as needed (materials, inspections, supplies)
- Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, scope, and local codes
- Maintain quality standards through daily site inspections
- Validate schedule, progress, and completion milestones
- Identify work that falls outside of contracted scope and flag appropriately
- Execute and document change orders when required
- Provide daily project updates to internal leadership
- Conduct pre-construction and progress check-ins as needed
- Perform final walkthroughs and assist with punch list resolution
- Secure Certificates of Completion and Customer Satisfaction
- Document project activity accurately and consistently
- Set clear expectations with subs on a project-by-project basis
- Ensure subcontractors complete work per purchase orders
- Confirm materials delivered match what was ordered
- Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
- Provide feedback on subcontractor performance
- OSHA 30 Certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven construction or restoration jobsite supervision experience
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing your cool
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with SERVPRO® construction processes
- PMP or similar project management background
- Daily walking and standing on active construction sites
- Frequent driving between jobsite, suppliers, and inspections
- Occasional ladder climbing
- Exposure to weather, noise, and typical construction conditions
- Project-based temporary role
- Expected duration: 10–12+ weeks
- Daytime hours with flexibility based on jobsite needs
- Local travel required
- Hourly pay (commensurate with experience)
- Overtime may be available depending on project demands
- This role is intended for experienced, seasoned construction professionals who can step in and lead without training wheels
