Description

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from precon to closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Profile

The candidate should be an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a background in commercial construction. They should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be confident managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors from start to finish.
