We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of ground up multifamily projects. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in Allston.

Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Support in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Ground up multifamily experience
- Procore and standard construction software knowledge
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving project goals.
