Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience: 1-2+ years in estimating for commercial remodels or new projects, with preferred exposure to fieldwork (e.g., Field Engineering, Preconstruction Assistance). - Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in relevant fields. - Skills: Acquaintance with scope evaluations, take-offs, and quantitative bid methods is essential. Competency in estimation software is required, along with a willingness to learn new systems.
Role Focus: - Engage in preparing bids and budgets, which includes pricing research, coordinating subcontractor and vendor input, and aiding in bid finalization. - Demonstrate capability in maintaining project timelines and deliverables. - Collaborate with operational teams and estimators to ensure high-quality outcomes for clientele.
