All applicants must have legal docs for working in the US, we participate in the e-verify program.We are currently hiring for:LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LABORJob Description- Landscape Construction Laborer & ForemanMust be 18 or overOn the job training is providedPhysical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbsAbility to use body for performing all landscape maintenance tasksDesired: Work experience for any length of time in similar positionInsurable CA drivers license a plusEssential FunctionsForeman- Minimum 3 years proven experience leading landscape enhancement jobsLaborers:Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pick axes, saws, wheel barrows, weed whips.Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as sod cutters, pruning saws, chain saws, jack hammer, bobcatEnhance established landscape by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, installation of irrigation, walls, trees, plants, cobble, and rockAttach wires from planted trees to support stakes.Plant foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using tools.Rake mulch, soil, and compostDecorate gardens with stones or plants. Use irrigation methods to adjust the amount of water consumption and to prevent waste.Provide, repair or improve upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, or other grounds features.Haul or spread topsoil or spread straw over seeded soil to hold soil in place.
