Schedule: Monday Friday | 6: 00am 3: 00pm or 7: 00am 4: 00pm Location: Aurora, NE Now Hiring for the Following Roles: Floor Builder What You ll Do: Construct floor assemblies Build sideboards and place joists Attach ledger boards and hangers Verify squareness with cross measurements What You Bring: Construction experience Sub-component assembly skills Blueprint and tape measure proficiency Interior Trimmer What You ll Do: Layout, measure, cut, and install interior trim Follow blueprint specifications for precise finishing What You Bring: Advanced construction tool knowledge Strong blueprint reading skills Accurate layout and measurement abilities Drywall Reworker What You ll Do: Correct production defects Perform line and yard changes Address and resolve material shortages What You Bring: Construction tool experience Blueprint reading skills Accurate measurement ability Siding Installer What You ll Do: Prepare and install exterior wall coverings Use nail guns, hoists, and other tools Follow blueprints and production orders precisely What You Bring: Construction tools proficiency Blueprint reading skills Measurement accuracy to 1/16 Tile Installer What You ll Do: Layout rooms and install backer board Install tile, grout, caulk, and shower doors Fit tile into tight spaces Maintain a clean, safe workspace What You Bring: Tile experience preferred (training available for related experience) Tool proficiency Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 Ability to handle physically demanding tasks Why Apply?
