Floor Builder
Wall Setter
Line Plumber
Roof Setter (works in an elevated station)
Cabinet Setter
Sink/Plumbing Installer
Plumbing Tester
Finish Flooring Installer (carpet, tack & pad, snap & lock)
Electrical

What You ll Be Doing

Reading and following blueprints and production orders
Measuring and cutting materials with precision (to 1/16 )
Installing structural components, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry, and roofing
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Working in physically demanding environments, including elevated stations or confined spaces depending on position
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

What You Bring

Construction experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure accurately
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Dependability and solid work ethic
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
