Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a formal leadership or management role, including defining team objectives and mentorship. In-depth, executive-level understanding of the Beauty channel's operations, logistics, and organizational structures. Previous experience leading relationships with major Beauty retailers such as Ulta and Sephora is required. The Retail Sales Associate assists customers in the selection and purchase of Scouting America merchandise at the Simon Kenton Scout Shop. Completes sales transactions and assists customers with product information. Assists in unloading trucks to stock merchandise. Supports store promotions through local councils.
