Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Senior HR Manager- Warehouse Operations (Onsite) As our Senior HR Manager, you'll lead HR for our warehouse facility, supporting a warehouse (starting around 250, growing up to 450 this year) hourly, temp, and full-time employees. You'll own strategy and execution, driving workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and hourly engagement while handling hands-on HR needs. This is an onsite role, embedded in the daily rhythm of the facility with a deep focus on safety, performance, and operational partnership. You will report to the Director, People- North America. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the onsite HR lead and business partner to warehouse leadership Own employee relations, compliance, and investigations as they relate to on-site staff Partner on workforce planning, staffing models, and shift-based org design Support onsite leadership in designing and executing performance incentives, org design, and enabling functions that support the team Translate Quince-wide onboarding, offboarding, and training norms for frontline teams Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, including OSHA and wage/hour regulations Drive engagement, retention, and recognition programs tailored to hourly teams Analyze trends and use data to inform action on turnover, absenteeism, and performance QUALIFICATIONS 6-10+ years in an HR Manager or HRBP role, with experience supporting a warehouse operations function onsite 2+ years HR experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, and relevant workforce dynamics Proven track record managing ER, investigations, and frontline performance issues Hands-on and proactive, comfortable balancing day-to-day HR operations with strategic planning Clear communicator with the ability to influence frontline leaders and build trust across shifts We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position's impact and contribution to our strategic goals. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Senior HR Manager- Warehouse Operations (Onsite)

As our Senior HR Manager, you'll lead HR for our warehouse facility, supporting a warehouse (starting around 250, growing up to 450 this year) hourly, temp, and full-time employees. You'll own strategy and execution, driving workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and hourly engagement while handling hands-on HR needs. This is an onsite role, embedded in the daily rhythm of the facility with a deep focus on safety, performance, and operational partnership.

You will report to the Director, People- North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the onsite HR lead and business partner to warehouse leadership
  • Own employee relations, compliance, and investigations as they relate to on-site staff
  • Partner on workforce planning, staffing models, and shift-based org design
  • Support onsite leadership in designing and executing performance incentives, org design, and enabling functions that support the team
  • Translate Quince-wide onboarding, offboarding, and training norms for frontline teams
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, including OSHA and wage/hour regulations
  • Drive engagement, retention, and recognition programs tailored to hourly teams
  • Analyze trends and use data to inform action on turnover, absenteeism, and performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-10+ years in an HR Manager or HRBP role, with experience supporting a warehouse operations function onsite
  • 2+ years HR experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, and relevant workforce dynamics
  • Proven track record managing ER, investigations, and frontline performance issues
  • Hands-on and proactive, comfortable balancing day-to-day HR operations with strategic planning
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence frontline leaders and build trust across shifts

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position's impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$130,000-$165,000 USD
