Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as supervisor in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed Provide Start of shift and End of shift reports Oversee the quality of associates work, provide any needed assistance to meet product quality, productivity goals and safety opportunities Conduct consistent coaching and counseling meetings with associates Lead assigned associates on shift to meet productivity and efficiency targets Conduct accuracy and quality audits by verifying product quantity and quality Complete tasks as assigned and resolve day-to-day problems Train and cross train new employees in various job functions Perform and support all job requirements as directed by manager Facilitate team building exercises and activities to boost associates morale Assist with daily sync meetings and weekly leadership meetings Document coaching and development conversations Evaluates associates performance, issues corrective and disciplinary actions as required Promote a positive work environment through excellent verbal communication, listening, and promoting company standards Ensure the safety of all team members by teaching, promoting and exemplifying safety guidelines All other duties assigned by management.
