JOB PURPOSE: “Make the Connection” to greet and seat arriving guests in a timely manner. Manage assigned register, process credit card/cash payments, make change and issue guest transaction receipts appropriately. Serve as support to baker helping to perform oven duties, prep, pack and store bake items, this includes assist with bake preparation such as tray arrangements for next day.
