Bottle Pickers will pull individual bottles for our stores; 3 bottles/minute is the minimum production standard The Full Case Pickers will pull full cases and place on conveyor Pack bottles in the correct manner and in the correct box to limit damages Use a wearable scanner Operate Cherry Picker Warehouse Responsibilities – All Employees Follow all ABC safety protocols Promptly report and clean up spills, breakage or other issues Lift 35-50-pound cases, sometimes a hundred times a day Stand on feet for 10+ hours a day Maintain minimum productivity standards per department Assemble boxes for spilt case line Clean, sanitize, and keep warehouse tidy Prepare work area for next day, including charging equipment and organizing area Other duties as assigned Job Requirements - Minimum Experience, Skills, and Education Cherry Picker operating experience is REQUIRED - you will be tested on this equipment prior to hire Please do not apply unless you are experienced operating Cherry Picker Equipment 19 years of age or older Must pass both drug and background checks prior to starting work Must speak and understand job-level English Have a positive teamwork attitude; is reliable and trust-worthy Physical Requirements - With or Without Accommodations Must be able to remain standing for long periods of time, upwards of 10 hours at a time, and move throughout the warehouse Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of product Must be able to reach with hands and arms for product and use hands to work with and feel product Be able to frequent climb and descend ladders or lift platforms that may be greater than 6 feet. Be able to move body to access products that are out of reach above or below body level Sense of smell occasionally needed to find damages that may not be visible Close vision (at 20 inches or less), distance vision (at 20 feet or more), peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus are needed. Work Environment Frequent humid conditions; the warehouse is a not temperature-controlled. Fans are provided. Moving mechanical parts are frequently used. The employee is frequently exposed to working in high, precarious places (greater than 6ft). There is occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position will be out of our Snyder, TX location.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Personnel include, but are not limited to:

  • Shipping and receiving
  • Putting up stock
  • Staging inventory
  • Order and transfer picking
  • Cycle counting
  • Quality Control

Qualifications of the Warehouse Personnel include, but are not limited to:

  • 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred
  • Moderate to strong computer skills required
  • Basic math skills
  • Must pass MVR according to company policy
